Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Managing project timelines and resources efficiently to achieve project milestones.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
  • Leading and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and teamwork.

    • Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years field supervision
  • ICRA / ILSM proficiency; OSHA 30 required; ASHE / CHC a plus.
  • Proficient with Procore (or similar), MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience Level :

  • Preferred experience level is 2 to 7 years.

    • Employment Type :
