Job descriptionGreet customers with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide excellent service throughout their visit. Assist customers with questions, product location, and general store information. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Promote a positive shopping experience by being approachable, helpful, and attentive. Bag groceries carefully, following store guidelines for safety and efficiency. Assist customers with carry-outs and help transport groceries to vehicles when needed. Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the cart area, ensuring safety and availability for customers. Must be 16 years or older. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus. Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Ability to stand for extended periods. Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 pounds Comfortable working outdoors while collecting shopping carts Frequent bending, reaching, and movement while bagging items or assisting customers. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and safe. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
