Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $18 / hourly
Job Description :
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Customer Service Representative to join an established law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly.
Proficiency in vendor-related software and maintaining a pleasant demeanor are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resolve any issues.
Maintain a pleasant voice and utilize proper grammar during all customer interactions.
Utilize vendor-related software efficiently to process borrower inquiries and requests.
Ideal Candidate :
Prior foreclosure experience is highly preferred .
Over 40WPM - will be tested REQUIRED .
Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
Exceptional mathematical skills to accurately process financial information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Consistent and reliable attendance record.
On-boarding Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
