Seeking Setup and Production Supervisor with proven leadership ability who can supervise a team of 12 techs in proper set-up, adjustment and operation of equipment and tooling.

Job Activities :

• Supervise technicians, lead activities for tooling changeovers.
• Oversee technicians preparing fixtures and cleaning molds at the end of a product run.
• Identify and correct problems by making adjustments to machinery and molds.
• Train subordinate technicians in proper tooling changeover activities and mold set up processes.
• Start-up and shutdown of Extrusion and Molding Machinery and auxiliary equipment.

Education & Experience :

Starting compensation to $140,000 with company paid family medical, dental, health and vision; tuition reimbursement, company training program, paid vacation, holidays and personal days.
