Ferguson is currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our San Marcos, TX waterworks branch operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong operational and financial competence.

Position Details :

• Reports to the Senior General Manager
• Direct oversight of 10-15 associates
• Manages branch volume of $75M

Pay Range : $5,008.34 - $8,008.34

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
