We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Host to join our exceptional team of service leaders.

This role is always attentive to the overall first impression that a guest receives, greeting all guests with warmth and hospitality.

Your Responsibilities :

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner. Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure.
• Answers phone calls and guest inquiries.
• Has full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
• Manage the day to day reservations, walk-in and cancellations / no-show in the reservation system
• Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty.
• Responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas, such as the

coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces.
