Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Flex Security Officers on Tuesday (11 / 25) from 11am-1pm. Meet with Hiring Managers for Flex positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift in Morton, Illinois. Various days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $17.50 / hr, with weekly pay. Location of event : 100 N Main Street, Suite 300, East Peoria, Illinois 61611. This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers.

Requirements :

• Be able to obtain a PERC card.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Security officer, law enforcement, and / or military experience is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen pre-hire.
• Must have availability to work all shifts, mornings, evenings, and overnights for Flex positions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.
• Exceptional report writing skills.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All) : High School diploma or equivalent. Certification Requirements (All) : PERC Card.
