User Support Specialist

A company is looking for a User Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical troubleshooting solutions related to the platform

Assist stakeholders with onboarding and general support issues

Document interactions and communicate effectively via email, phone, and chat

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of user support experience

2+ years of experience in solving complex challenges

Experience in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment

Insurance industry experience is a plus
