Overview
Traveling Desktop Support Technician needed to join a client of Insight Global. This role requires heavy travel (over 50%) to multiple sites including Gulfport MS, Mobile AL, Destin FL, Panama City FL, Pensacola FL. Home base is the location you are closest to. Daily duties include troubleshooting Citrix, desktops, laptops, and Microsoft products, and resolving tickets regionally.
Responsibilities
- Travel to sites to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Citrix, and Microsoft products.
- Resolve tickets within the region and assist with onsite support.
