The core responsibilities of this role include : Training associates on power equipment

Position : Trainer

Shift : 1st shift

Pay : $19.00 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and / or experience :

• A Certified PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Trainer is strongly preferred but will train the ideal candidate.
• MUST have a minimum of one (1) years’ experience safely operating FOUR (4) or more of the following : Order (Cherry) Picker, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Stand-Up, Counter-balance, Sit-down Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack.
• MUST have one (1) years’ experience within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution environment withing multiple departments to include : Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Order Replenishment. Returns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead and train others.
• Experience within a safety department, committee, and / or additional safety related training is highly preferred.
