Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Duration : ASAP Start

Shift : 12-hour Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)

Guaranteed Hours : Full-Time

Experience : 1-2 years of step-down / telemetry experience required

License : Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Must-Have : Experience with Paragon and Pyxis EMR systems

Job Description :

• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6 : 1.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to handle various patient care situations.
• Ensure timely documentation and coordination of patient care within the electronic medical records system.
• Follow established protocols and safety practices to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and nursing education to maintain certification standards.
