Client is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians for full-time, permanent outpatient opportunities across the Bay Region , with current openings in Bay City and Saginaw Township, MI . Position Highlights :

• Outpatient-only primary care practice
• Openings due to upcoming physician retirements
• Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends or holidays
• Shared phone-only call with fellow primary care physicians

• Supported by a strong hospitalist program – no inpatient responsibilities
• Work at PCMH-designated clinics (some with CPC+ status)
