This is an in-person role based in Chicago where you'll work closely with the CEO, COO, CSO, and onsite operations teams. If you love blending analytics, operations, and hands-on problem-solving-and you want your work to matter-this could be your place.
What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to person for turning data into action across our communities. Your work will include :
Operational + Strategic Projects
- Spot what's working, what's not, and build solutions to improve NOI and efficiency
- Partner with leadership and property teams to streamline processes and fix bottlenecks
- Build dashboards and reporting that help us run smarter
- Help roll out new systems, tech, and process improvements
Multifamily Performance & Support
Analyze leasing, occupancy, expenses, marketing, and resident trendsBenchmark communities and highlight opportunities to improve operationsSupport annual budgets, forecasts, and business plansHelp guide onsite teams using real data and real insightsAcquisitions & Growth
Support underwriting for new property acquisitionsConduct due diligence and market studiesHelp build integration plans and track performance post-closeCreate investor and leadership materials that drive decisionsBusiness Intelligence & Reporting
Build dashboards and portfolio-level trackingTurn complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsSupport ad-hoc research and special projects across departmentsWho You'll Work With
