Degree in Accounting from a U.S.-accredited institution. Active pursuit of CPA licensure. Prior experience in tax preparation within a CPA firm preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts with precision and care.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, offering clear guidance and insight into tax matters.
- Work closely with business owners, executives, and controllers of small to mid-sized businesses, both nationally and internationally.
- Engage in specialized areas including IRS dispute resolution, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, forensic accounting, audits, and strategic tax planning.
- Represent the firm at networking events and professional seminars, especially within the San Francisco business community.
- Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on complex client matters.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and operational decision-making.
