Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead customer workspace building and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation process for assigned clients, making critical decisions to ensure project success

Collaborate with the Project Designer to configure software solutions based on client requirements

Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the implementation phase

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Preferred experience in payroll processing, project management, customer service, or software technical support

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

FPC or CPP certification preferred but not required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Familiarity with various technology platforms and project management tools
