Provide essential caregiving tasks such as light housekeeping, running errands, medication reminders, and personal care. Initiate care with new clients, conduct home visits, and communicate any updates or changes in the care plan to the Care Manager. Introduce permanent caregivers to clients and their families. Complete home safety assessments and quality assurance visits to ensure the highest standards of care. Support office staff with administrative tasks related to client care. Collaborate with the care management team to train new caregivers, including leading Skills Training during orientation. CNA certification or higher with a minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Click the Indeed Apply button to submit your application.
