Job descriptionLead the coordination of daily operations in the front office of the core laboratory. Manage all pre-analytical and post-analytical activities during the evening shift, collaborating closely with the day shift MT Operations Coordinator, reference lab team, and other relevant staff. Guarantee that all processes and policies comply with governmental regulations and hospital protocols. Oversee daily management tasks, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, training, policy development, compliance, and safety measures. Team size : Approximately 25 full-time equivalents (FTEs). Report directly to the Technical Director of Pre / Post Analytics in the Core Laboratory. MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification is required. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related physical science. 4+ years of experience in a hospital laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of pre / post analytics and central processing. At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience. Preferred : Experience managing non-exempt hourly staff.

- Evening Shift : 3 PM - 11 : 30 PM ($3 / hr evening differential).
- Must be ASCP certified (or equivalent).
