Summary

Supervisors prepare complex tax returns with minimal assistance, oversee interns and associates, review tax returns, communicate regularly with clients, and are proficient in tax research and documentation.

Essential Functions

• Manage projects and monitor staff assignments.
• Review work papers and returns, ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead and train staff, participate in performance evaluations.
• Develop client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of economic and legislative trends affecting clients.
• Participate in firm marketing and practice development efforts.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule, ideally 3+ days / week in the office.

10-25% as required.
