A company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support project accounting and client billing in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with gathering and organizing documentation for cost-based projects
Prepare and process client invoices according to contract terms
Maintain organized financial records and provide general accounting support
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of professional accounting experience with a focus on billing
Experience with contract-based invoicing (Cost Plus, T&M, Fixed Price)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
Working knowledge of Adobe software
