Job Title : Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
Location : Wayne Pennsylvania
Duration : 6 months; potential for extension
Pay Range : $23 / hr. - $25 / hr. annually.
Shift hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM during initial training period
Hours may change to 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM after training

The Customer Service Representative I is the primary contact for our customers. They respond to a multitude of customer phone calls, emails, and chats in a contact center environment
