Responsibilities
Team Leadership : Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis : Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new or enhanced insurance products.
Performance Monitoring : Oversee sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies and activities as needed to improve results.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess an active Property & Casualty (220) Insurance License.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on public speaking and presentations.
Strategy Development : Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Customer Focus : A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing client relationships.
In-Office Availability : Willingness to work full-time in the Fort Myers, FL office, with no remote work option.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Annual Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
Bonus : $50K+ annualized, uncapped, based on hitting targets and will be paid monthly
Health : 50% employer match
401K : 3% match
