WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As a Health & Safety Specialist , you will play a key role in enabling our field operations teams to embed safety into everyday practices. You'll work closely with Service Managers and Field Leads to coach, guide, and support the consistent execution of our Data Centre Safety Program. Your mission is to make safety second nature, removing friction, driving engagement, and fostering a culture of accountability.

This role will require regular travel across the US and will require you to be on site in a Data Center when not traveling. Candidates must be located near one of our Data Center locations in Eagle Mountain, UT, Prineville, OR, Hillsboro, OR, New Albany, OH, or Ashburn, VA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Act as a safety enabler and advisor to site Service Managers and Field Leads.
• Support the rollout of safety program elements including Toolbox Talks, Good Housekeeping reviews, Risk Assessments, Safety Audit Walks, and weekly safety themes.
• Coach team members on the correct use of safety tools, including QR-based digital reporting forms for incidents, observations, and CSI input.
• Assist in preparing and delivering weekly safety communications with clarity and consistency.
• Partner with local leaders to identify execution gaps and implement practical, high-impact solutions.
• Facilitate root cause discussions following incidents or non-conformances, and support action tracking through to closure.
• Monitor safety KPIs, Risk Register, and reporting compliance to ensure accurate inputs for dashboards and monthly EOS-Meta Safety Committee reviews.
• Maintain alignment with EOS safety standards, site SOPs, and client-specific protocols while reinforcing a culture of safety ownership.
