Hospice RN Manager – Ventura County, CA (On-Site)

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced RN leader to oversee hospice admissions and care operations across Ventura County. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a growing hospice program.

As the RN Manager, you’ll supervise a team of nurses, hospice aides, case managers, chaplains, social workers, and administrative staff. You’ll manage patient care across two hospitals, three facilities, and a contracted facility entity (CFE), ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coach hospice admission RNs and interdisciplinary team members
• Oversee staffing, supervision, recruitment, and onboarding
• Provide remote managerial support during on-call weeks (every 4 weeks)
• Conduct weekly field visits (4–6 hours) to shadow disciplines and check in with hospital partners
• Collaborate with the team physician and attend monthly meetings in Encino
• Maintain high census and General Inpatient (GIP) care standards

Up to $135,000 per year annual salary.
