Sales Order Administrator – Beaverton, OR (On-site)

Salary Range : $65,000 – $75,000 annually | Direct Hire | Full Benefits

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location : Beaverton, OR
• Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Work Model : Fully on-site for the first year (non-negotiable), hybrid option available after one year (Fridays remote)
• Team Size : 4–8 members, including 3 Sales Order Administrators
• Dress Code : Business Casual

Position Summary

As a Sales Order Administrator , you’ll be responsible for managing customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00 / yr.

You will be eligible to participate from your date of hire in our medical, dental plans, vision, life

insurance, and short and long-term disability programs. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in

the Company 401(k) plan on the first day of the quarter following 90 days of service with the

company. For 2024 the 401(k) plan provides for a company match of 50% of the first 4% of an

employee’s contribution.

You will accrue vacation hours from your date of hire and are able to use the hours as you accrue

them. Your vacation accrual rate will start at 2 weeks (80 hours annually or 3.08 hours per pay

period). Your sick time will accumulate at 3.08 hours per pay period (80 hours annually). In addition,

we offer ~10 paid holidays each year.
