Senior Logistics Specialist

Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Logistics Specialist, supporting various logistics initiatives across multiple programs. This role focuses on a suite of products within the logistics department, with an emphasis on logistics data development and technical manual procedures. As part of the Life Cycle Engineering Team, you will contribute to every phase of the product lifecycle-from design and validation to integration and long-term sustainment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled communicator, both written and verbal, to either launch or advance their career in the aerospace and defense industry. You will play a key role in supporting cutting-edge technologies through the development and sustainment of logistics products.

What You Will Do

• Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks, including reliability and spare parts analysis, development of container solutions, and creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
• Develop, validate, and maintain technical documentation such as manuals, provisioning data, and training materials.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve sustainment challenges, and inform product design decisions.
• Conduct supportability analyses to influence logistics strategies and lifecycle cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate spares, tools, and consumables to support global field deployments and operational readiness.
• Support and participate in customer training and validation events, both domestically and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and program objectives across all logistics deliverables.
• Serve as a critical link between engineering development and field operations, driving sustainment solutions from concept through deployment.
• This position requires up to 15% domestic and international travel.
