Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution. Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements.
