– Office hours are 8am-8pm

– 4 days x 12 hrs = $330,000 plus full benefits

– 3 days x 12 = $250k plus benefits

– Reduced schedule options can be considered

– 1 : 4 evening and weekend call

– Midwives take first call, so physicians often don't have to go in
