What You'll Do
Design, develop, and implement advanced injection molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.Lead the design and optimization of molds, tooling, and fixtures for new and existing products.Provide expertise on molding materials and work with R&D and production teams to select and test new materials.Conduct mold trial runs, process validations, and capability studies.Integrate automation solutions such as robotic arms, conveyors, and vision systems.Collaborate with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams.Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve throughput, and ensure product consistency.Maintain up-to-date process documentation and prepare technical reports for senior management.About You
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 5 years in advanced manufacturing engineering, specifically in molding technologies; strong background in process optimization, mold design, and troubleshooting.Skills : Knowledge of molding equipment, automation systems, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar.Certifications (Preferred) : Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification; injection molding certifications such as RJG, SPE.Dekko is an equal opportunity employer.
