Paramark Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Rochester, MN, as a full-time Property Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will represent your property and have the opportunity to build positive relationships with residents and program staff. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, so it's essential to communicate in a friendly, helpful, and engaging manner. You will also enhance your knowledge and skills to work with diverse populations effectively.

• Rent apartments and process leases, applications, and background checks
• Knowledge of affordable housing guidelines & policies
• Collect and deposit rent, security deposits, and fees
• Manage delinquent rent collection, including notices and follow-ups
• Supervise, train, and schedule on-site staff and contractors
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure grounds are well-maintained
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and follow up with residents
• Handle resident relations, safety policies, and incident reports
• Submit reports and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate payroll and administrative records
• Monitor budgets, obtain bids, and control purchasing within company policies
• Coordinate schedules for routine maintenance and emergency coverage
• Report property damage, accidents, or emergencies promptly
