Job Summary :

As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, controlling costs, and working closely with the General Manager to achieve operational goals. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position based in Statesboro, GA

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep, line execution, and shift leadership
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring performance and productivity
• Monitor food quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation per health and safety regulations in Statesboro, GA
• Control food and labor costs through efficient ordering, prep, and scheduling
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships
