UC Health is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Cath Lab for the first shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Offering up to $30,000 sign-on bonus!

The Registered Nurse (RN) will support the Medical Center's Cardiac Cath Lab delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.

• This unit is required to take call and nurses must live within a 30-minute radius.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is an individual who holds a current state license to practice nursing. The practice of nursing requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide care to groups and individuals. The RN utilizes knowledge derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The care is culturally based and age-specific.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements :

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Current OH RN License

ACLS Certification

At least 2 years of prior Cath lab experience required

Passing grade on dysrhythmias / EKG exam upon completion and yearly
