Job descriptionWork with lead technicians on residential HVAC projects, including : ductless split systems, ducted air handler systems, refrigeration piping, radiant hydronic systems. Some warehouse staging and driving depending on project schedules and needs. Participate in NWM training program including : online training, hands on training at local training providers, and on-the-job training. Work with NWM managers to complete training to achieve electrical and plumbing certifications. Desire to quickly learn and grow in this position. Mechanical aptitude with the knowledge and understanding of parts, tools and equipment. Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items. Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
