• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Eligibility for West Virginia state medical licensure
• Completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, Emergency Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program along with a Sports Medicine fellowship program
• Board certified / eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, Emergency Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

The successful candidate will practice at 4605 Maccorkle Ave SW, South Charleston, WV.
