We are looking to hire experienced Direct Support Professional's to work with Individual's experiencing Intellectual Disabilities.
- LOCATION - Blacksburg, VA
Schedule :
Monday- Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 00pm
Job Duties :
Assisting clients with daily personal tasks, including bathing and dressing (if necessary per needs)
Completing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes and tidying
Helping plan client appointments and organize a schedule
Organizing with transportation arrangements to appointments and community outings.
Shopping for groceries and preparing meals that meet specific client dietary needs
Encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities
Helping with organization skills
Prompting and redirecting negative behaviors
Behavorial and Mental Support
