Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 7 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Job description : Position : RN LTC Location : Albuquerque, NM Contract : 7 weeks Guaranteed Hours : 36 Shift : 08hrs Days(6 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM) Total Weekly Gross : $1,476 weekly on 36 hours($41 / hr) Start date : 12 / 01 Requirements : BLS DL Copy Last 4 digit of SSN Responsibilities : Provide efficient, safe, and high-quality nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient / family satisfaction. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify changes in condition, and initiate appropriate interventions. Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Supervise, guide, and evaluate the care delivered by LPNs, CNAs, and other unlicensed assistive personnel. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards. Qualifications : Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN). Must hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Must maintain current BLS / CPR certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the facility. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
