Paralegal - 3+ Years Family Law Experience Required

As our Family Law Paralegal, you'll be an integral part of our legal team, working on meaningful cases that make a real difference in families' lives :

• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
• Maintain organized case files and documentation systems
• Serve as a professional liaison with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys in hearing and trial preparation
• Manage case calendars and perform data entry
• Tech-Forward Practice
• : Experience with Centerbase, NetDocuments, and DocuSign is helpful but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate on our systems. We continuously invest in modern technology to streamline your work.
• What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of Virginia family law paralegal experience (this is essential)
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
