Job descriptionProven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and food service industry. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining inventory and managing food and beverage costs.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer service issues and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
