Salesforce Solution Architect

Our Solutions team is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to support an enterprise Salesforce migration. This role sit within the Marketing Solutions and Enablement team, empowering the organization with strategic tools, data-driven insights, and scalable programs that drive marketing excellence, accelerate revenue growth, bring value to the business, and enable customer-centric engagement. You will play a crucial role in the Salesforce ecosystem to build and streamline the work process of operations and development teams while ensuring the smooth delivery of the Salesforce applications. You will manage the overview the environmental management, troubleshoot issues, automate the workflows and optimize the overall performance, ensuring code reviews meet compliance and API integrations are working smoothly.

We have a direct connection with our stakeholder and are setting up interviews immediately. This resource must be comfortable with contract to hire and interested in accepting a full time role. They can sit 100% remote and comfortable working across global time zones (4 off shore developer resources on the team). Job Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Architect and implement robust technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and other Salesforce tools.
• Guide development teams on best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to support requirement definition and solution design.
• Oversee configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes, including code reviews and environment approvals.
• Integrate external systems with Salesforce using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Promote and contribute to architectural standards, principles, and processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support for off-shore managed services and escalations.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integrations.
• Audit code to meet GDPR Compliance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of testing steps and technical solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and platform best practices.
• Understand and advise on the use of declarative vs. programmatic solutions.

Additional Details

The base salary range for this contract position is $150,000-$175,000 / per year, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
