Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) - In-Home| Pottstown, PA

Location : Pottstown, PA

Setting : In-home (Client's home)

Schedule : Part-Time

Compensation : $24-$32 per hour

Job Summary :

Flywheel Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children in a school setting in Center Valley, PA. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful opportunity to help students with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills that support their success in the classroom and beyond.

You will implement individualized treatment plans designed to reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and promote skill acquisition in a structured educational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide ABA therapy to students in a school-based setting

Implement treatment goals as outlined by a supervising BCBA

Track session data and complete accurate documentation

Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

Support student development in areas such as emotional regulation, communication, and peer interaction

Maintain a professional and consistent presence throughout the school week

Position Highlights :

Set weekday schedule : Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Personal means of transportation and ability to commute to Pottstown, PA

Childcare experience (required)

ABA experience (preferred but not required)

Strong communication skills, patience, organization, and a willingness to learn
