Logistics Coordinator role at Kooks

Responsibilities

Invoice customers for product and freight cost
Develop positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies, negotiate for best pricing
Schedule shipments after determining best method and delivery times
Enter data such as billing address, shipping address, quantity, weight, etc. to complete all necessary paperwork for shipping
Communicate with customers for scheduling of shipments
Work closely with manufacturing and warehouse to ensure products are ready and shipped in a timely manner
Run end-of-day reports
Ship all possible orders daily

Qualifications

Good communication skills both verbal and written

Good interpersonal skills

Problem solving skills

Work independently with little supervision

Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
