As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a diverse range of events that align with our organization's goals and mission. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venues, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Create event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown.
