Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and assess the speech, language, and swallowing difficulties of residents.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to determine treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet specific functional needs.
- Provide therapy to clients to improve speech clarity, voice quality, fluency, and more.
- Educate and empower clients to make progress in their speech and language skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications :
