Responsibilities\n\nAs a Telehealth Registered Nurse (Tele RN), you will collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring patients through advanced telemetry equipment that tracks heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram data. Key responsibilities include : \n
