Job Description

BEI Construction is seeking an Audio Visual Project Manager for our Low Voltage division. As an A / V Project Manager, you will be responsible for the generation of sales, cost estimates, and managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects. Additionally, you will ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. This role will report to the General Manager of the division with frequent travel to jobsites located throughout the Bay Area.

Responsibilities & Duties :

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex audio-visual projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Routinely visit sites for project kickoffs, attend site surveys, and monitor project status and oversight.
