As the Overnight Retail Merchandiser Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing in-store merchandising to cater to shopper needs. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Building eye-catching displays and end caps.
  • Resetting shelves in alignment with product rotation.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to help stores and suppliers capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Supporting leadership with essential tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

    • About You :

  • You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and standing, and you are able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • You possess reliable transportation to and from the work location.
  • You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
  • You possess experience in leading and training team members.
  • You can utilize your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
  • You exemplify outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and teammates.
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias toward action and results.
  • You can work independently and also demonstrate effective team-building skills.
  • You prioritize safety in all job duties while operating in a retail environment.
