Lead Program Finance Analyst

Join Leidos as a Lead Program Finance Analyst in our National Security Sector and play a crucial role in managing financial processes for our programs. We are searching for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to special projects.

This hybrid position requires onsite support in Reston, VA several days per week. Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance to Reston, VA.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of all contract costs and financial data.
• Manage monthly invoicing, funding deliverables, and subcontract monitoring.
• Establish and update initial Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Support the monthly close of vital financial metrics such as revenue and operating income.
• Reconcile employee time entered across two different time entry systems.
• Assist in customer meetings to ensure alignment on financial matters.
• Create and deliver monthly reports for both internal and external customers.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from internal management and external clients.
• Assist with pricing of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) on current contracts.
• Evaluate and implement policies and performance standards for the Business Operations team.
• Work collaboratively in a team and independently across various organizational levels.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
