Position Highlights :
- $27.60-$40.64 / hour depending on experience
- Additional pay for bilingual skills!
- $4,250.00 Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
At Hire : $1,275.00
At 180 days (6 months) : $1,700.00At 12 months : $1,275.00Bonuses will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)Benefits :

Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs, treatments, and medications; review immunization records.Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring necessary reports are accessible, and collaborating with providers for efficient scheduling and continuity of care.Organize and maintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, respond to patient questions and concerns, and assist physicians during examinations and procedures.Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medications, and perform other assigned clinical responsibilities.Qualifications :
Minimum high school diploma or GED.Completion of an accredited medical assisting program from CAAHEP or ABHES (720 hours of Medical Assistant training, including 160-hour externship), an approved apprentice program, or equivalent military training.Preferred : One year's experience as a CMA.CPR certification required.National credential from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT to be obtained within 90 days of hire.Medical knowledge to understand the theories and technical aspects of medicine.Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and situations.Excellent multitasking abilities to manage varied workloads.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR.Our Mission Statement :
