Position Overview

The Phlebotomist collects venous and capillary blood specimens from neonates, pediatric, and adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role requires knowledge of the circulatory system, venipuncture techniques, medical terminology, and computer skills. The Phlebotomist ensures patient safety, accuracy in specimen collection, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams while adhering to ARHS policies and regulatory guidelines.

Compensation is commensurate upon education, experience, certification, and internal equity. Hiring compensation range starts from $16.85 per hour .

• Compensation is commensurate upon education & experience - range is $16.85 per hour or more. Benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment from the new hire orientation date. This position is non-exempt and includes shift differentials for qualified shifts.
