Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : Ongoing 32 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Staff PERMANENT Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Full Time, Nights Floresville, TX Pay : $32.50–$55.00 / hr (depending on experience) Job Description : Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join a fast-paced, patient-centered team in a full-time night shift role. The ER RN will deliver high-quality, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with hospital standards, clinical guidelines, and safety protocols. Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned ER patients
• Utilize the nursing process to manage, plan, and evaluate patient care
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per approved techniques
• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and emergent interventions
• Maintain patient safety and comfort; respond to life-saving situations
• Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, and equipment for minor procedures
• Collaborate with providers, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary staff
• Educate patients and families based on individualized care plans
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
• Willingness to step into Charge RN responsibilities as needed Requirements :
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
• Active Texas RN license (or compact)
• CPR & ACLS required
• TNCC or ATCN and ENPC or PALS preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department experience (3 years considered with strong recommendations)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage multiple patients
• Flexibility with workflow and unit needs Schedule :
