Celebrate completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners grateful to be back in their homes, and your Paul Davis team membersMake a difference for others who have had a disaster strike their propertyBe empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technologyTake pride when your team completes projects on budget with an exceptional customer experienceRPM's work with homeowners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to reconstruct and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the reconstruction, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Manage multiple reconstruction projects of various sizes from start to finish, meeting operational objectives of : Sales, Gross Margin, Brand ExperienceDevelop and update budgets and project schedulesSelect and manage subcontractors and construction teams with daily on-site dutiesProactively identify and resolve project issuesCommunicate with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project transitions through completionEnsure compliance with standards and regulationsRe-inspect job sites for quality controlFocus and dedication to providing excellent customer serviceQualifications (Requirements) :
3+ years reconstruction management experienceStrong working knowledge of construction methods, systems and tradesProficiency with industry estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility) a plusUnderstanding of construction finance (estimates, budgets, cash flow, projections)Fluent in English, Spanish strongly preferredAbility to work nights / weekends as neededValid driver's license and ability to drive throughout Southern CaliforniaAuthorized to work in the US and willing to submit to background checkStrong prioritization and organizational skillsAbility to multitaskResourcefulness, especially in the face of challengesDesire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitudeDedication to customer serviceAre you Paul Davis?
Before You Can Take the Field : Working Conditions and Physical Requirements : The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, frequently bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
